01

How the service developed

VOXI began in 2017 as a Vodafone brand with a digital-first identity. It applies its own product conditions to a Vodafone-based connection.

02

SIMs, monthly service and prepaid use

Its SIM arrangements revolve around renewable allowances. Features that exclude selected app traffic from the data allowance have defined app lists and exclusions, rather than making every activity in that app unlimited.

03

Features, eSIM and account tools

Manage service through VOXI’s official account. VOXI supports eSIM, including an existing-customer replacement route in account settings. Check the supported handset before beginning.

04

Travel and overseas use

App-related UK data benefits do not automatically extend to roaming. Read the destination and travel data rules separately before leaving Britain.

05

A practical view of suitability

Video calls, external links, adverts and other traffic can fall outside an app benefit. Check the actual feature wording before relying on it for heavy daily use.

06

Coverage: make it personal

For VOXI, start with the official checker and the locations where you need calls and data. Look for an outage before attributing a sudden change to the plan. Building construction, terrain, congestion and handset capability all affect the experience. A prediction of coverage cannot guarantee reception in every room.

07

Understand a bill before changing service

On a VOXI account, establish which charges belong to regular service and which arise from additional use or another agreement. Compare the dates, renewal settings and any device component. We do not label a bill high or low without knowing the obligations and usage behind it. Only the account provider can inspect or amend those records.

08

Keep your number or leave the service

If moving a VOXI number to a different provider, read the PAC process before cancelling. A valid transfer does not remove an outstanding device balance or other contractual obligation. If staying with the same provider, ask whether an internal change rather than a PAC is required. Our switching fieldnote explains the general routes.

09

What to confirm before deciding

Write down your required data use, local reception, travel needs and preferred support channel. Then compare them with the actual VOXI document for your account type. Check benefit expiry, renewal and cancellation conditions. Avoid using a historic advert as proof of present eligibility.
