Read the measure
Ofcom complaint tables describe complaints made to the regulator relative to customer numbers. They do not count every complaint received by a provider, and they do not measure local reception.
Read the dates
A report can be published months after the experience it describes. Record the period covered, publication date and whether the provider is included before drawing a comparison.
Look at your priorities
A person who needs store assistance may value different support routes from someone comfortable with online help. Check accessibility options and account security rather than relying on a single overall label.
Avoid blanket verdicts
No provider can be declared universally good or bad from one review. Combine current terms, local evidence and a clearly defined service metric. We do not publish an unsupported league table.
Take the next step carefully
This is general information, not account-specific advice. Check the official provider before changing service. For consumer switching and contract information, consult Ofcom’s switching guidance and contract change guidance.
